Timeline of Wedding Events
The wedding of Derek Anthony Braun & Brynn Catherine McCollister Tippit will be a three night, four day celebration hosted in the stunning countryside of Tuscany's Chianti Region. Guest accommodation, along with all coordinated events are to take place at the exclusive,
Le Filigare Winery & Resort.
Please see below for a detailed timeline of what to expect during your stay. The Bride & Groom request all guests stay on property as transportation will not be provided between events.
06 . 10 . 2024

1
3:30pm : Guest Pick Up in Florence
Departure Time : 4:00pm
Pick Up Location : Train Station

**Two Groups. Text alerts will go out a day prior to let you know what bus you will be on.**
The area of Tuscany is beautiful, but the roads are windy & the area, rural. Buses will be picking up guests at the designated location. Buses will wait until 4:00pm for guests to arrive. It is the guests responsibility to find transportation if bus is missed. Contact the Bride or Groom if you plan on renting your own car, will be late due to extenuating circumstances, or have other means of transportation.**

4:45pm - 5:30pm : Venue Arrival
Time to Nest!
**Per the Bride's request, guests should have ample time to unpack, settle in, & get dressed for the Welcome Party. See the ATTIRE tab for what to wear. Instruction regarding room assignments will be given upon arrival at venue.**

7:00pm : The Welcome Party

**Please join the Bride & Groom on the south lawn for pizza, cocktails, & a fun surprise!**

9:00pm : Movie on the Lawn
​Location : Terrazza Di Venere

8:00am : Breakfast
Location : Sala Delle Volte
**Breakfast is included in your stay. It is open until 10:00am. For our late risers, the "Gallo Nero" is always open. A selection of savoury & sweet snacks, salads, & drinks are available for guest purchase.

11:30am : Unofficial (BYOB) Pool Party!
Location: Pool
**Feel free to use this time however you would like! The Bride and Groom plan on playing lawn games and lounging by the pool before the big day! There will be a cooler with ice for guests who would like to enjoy an afternoon toddy. This unofficial pool party is BYOB. Every apartment is equipped with a kitchen for guests who would like to stop by a grocery store in Florence before traveling to the venue. There is also wine for purchase at the "Gallo Nero". See the Additional Activities page for more info.**

7:00pm : Rehearsal Dinner

**Breakfast is included in your stay. It is open until 10:00am. For our late risers, the "Gallo Nero" is always open. A selection of savory & sweet snacks, salads, & drinks are available for guest purchase.

10:00am : Early Bus Departure
Dropoff Location : Florence, specifics to come.
**We will have two bus departure times. The early bus will drop you back off in Florence at the designated location. The bus will leave promptly at 10:30am. Please inform the Bride or Groom of your early or late checkout time.**

12:30pm : Lunch
​Location : Sala Delle Volte
**For those taking the late bus out, lunches are available for pickup at the Sala Delle Volte. The venue is exclusively ours until the late bus departure time. Guests can sleep in, nurse their hangovers poolside, or decide hair-of-the-dog is their best option with a last minute wine tasting.**

2:00pm : Late Bus Departure
Dropoff Location : Florence, specifics to come.
**The last bus will leave promptly at 2:30pm. Please be respectful of others travels plans and arrive on time. Thank you!**
